Clean Water for Rural Nepal Villages
by Water for Nepal Foundation
About This Initiative
The water crisis in rural Nepal affects millions. This project installs solar-powered reverse osmosis water purification systems in 12 remote villages. Each system serves 650-700 residents and includes maintenance training for local operators. The initiative is part of a larger TAASNET ecosystem collaboration between Korean celebrities, Korean CSR brands, and grassroots NGOs in Nepal.
Phase 1 covers 4 villages with systems already operational. Phase 2 expands to 8 additional villages. The project has been audited and verified on the Polygon blockchain for full transparency.
